How to Submit Online ACR/PER 2026 on SED HRMS – Step-by-Step Guide

The School Education Department (SED) Punjab has made it mandatory for all teachers to submit their Annual Confidential Report (ACR) / Performance Evaluation Report (PER) online via the HRMS portal. This guide by NazdaariyanTV explains the complete procedure for ACR 2026.

Step 1: Login to SED HRMS Portal

Visit the official SED HRMS website: sedhr.punjab.gov.pk
Login using your CNIC and department-issued Password.

Step 2: Access the ACR / PER Section

After login, open the left-hand menu and click on Performance Evaluation or ACR. Select Add and choose the year 2026.

Step 3: Fill in Professional Details

Enter all required information carefully, including:

• Teaching achievements
• Trainings attended
• Class results and performance

Ensure data matches your official school record.

⚠ Important:
Selecting the correct Reporting Officer and Countersigning Officer is very important. Wrong selection may cause rejection or delay.

آن لائن اے سی آر جمع کروانے کا طریقہ

• SED HRMS پورٹل پر CNIC اور پاس ورڈ سے لاگ ان کریں۔
• Performance Evaluation کے آپشن پر کلک کریں۔
• اپنی تدریسی اور رزلٹ کی تفصیلات درست درج کریں۔
• Reporting Officer (ہیڈ ماسٹر / AEO) درست منتخب کریں۔
• آخر میں Save کریں اور فارم Submit کر دیں۔

📌 Note:
ACR Submit کرنے کے بعد HRMS پر اسٹیٹس چیک کرتے رہیں۔ اگر کوئی تکنیکی مسئلہ ہو تو اپنے District MIS Cell سے رابطہ کریں۔
